These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by MatrixOne Tech Solutions (“MatrixOne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) including inspection services and product sourcing. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

MatrixOne provides:

• Pre-shipment, in-line, and factory/manufacturer inspections
• Product sourcing services.
  Details of our services are outlined on our website under the "Services" section.  

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about the products, manufacturers, or suppliers to be inspected or sourced.
• Ensure necessary access and cooperation at the inspection or sourcing location.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to goods sourced or inspected.

      4.1 Quotes/fees for services will be provided in advance. You agree to pay

           as specified in the quotation or agreement.
     4.2 For new clients, we may require partial or full advance payment before  

          commencing services.
    4.3 Payment methods may include bank transfer, online gateways, or other 

       mutually agreed channels. Transaction fees, if any, are borne by the client.
    4.4  Inspection pricing does not include logistics, transportation, or

            accommodation for MatrixOne personnel. These costs, where 

          applicable, will be charged on actuals in addition to service fees

     4.5 Cancellation: Services may be cancelled up to a defined time before the

          scheduled activity. Late cancellations may attract cancellation fees.

     4.6 If services cannot be delivered due to factors beyond our control (e.g., 

       supplier delays, access issues, government restrictions, 

        misrepresentation), fees may be adjusted proportionally.

     5. Limitation of Liability

      MatrixOne exercises reasonable care and diligence in performing services.

     However, reports, findings, or sourcing outcomes are based on information

     available at the time of service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost 

    profits, or consequential damages.

     All information shared by clients is treated as confidential. We will not 

      disclose such information to third parties except as required by law or 

     with your consent.

    7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

     These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes

     shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in  

     Hyderabad, India.

       MatrixOne may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any 

      updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after 

      updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
